Plambeck ContraCon Bau und
Umwelttechnik GmbH Leipzig (PCL) was founded in 1991 as a subsidiary of Plambeck Holding. The
operation site is located south of Leipzig. With
a highly motivated and well-trained workforce, the PCL has made a good name for construction, demolition and remediation
services, in the whole of Germany as well as in other European countries.
The PCL has a location in Böhlen, near Leipzig, where about 200,000 tons of contaminated soils and waste can be accepted, treated, recycled or disposed of in an appropriate manner. The site was inaugurated in 1995 by the then Federal Minister for the Environment, Dr. Angela Merkel.

Since the 1990s the company has been active in the field of rehabilitation and environmental technology and is therefore one of the companies of the first hour. Through the use of various restoration techniques, they have gained extensive experience in the processing of various damage cases and has several patent-protected processes for the treatment of contaminated soils.
